Point of Impact
This abstract reminds me of an aerial photo of a site where a meteorite has plunged into the desert.
Photographed at the Anglican Chapel, Kensal Green Cemetery, London.
The magnificent, slightly dilapidated chapel stands above a catacombe with space for 4000 lead-line coffins. Surrounding the chapel is an arcade of limestone pillars supporting what appears to be a stone roof. The above phtograph is of one of the drainage holes in stone the ceiling.
