At Anchor

Ships lie at anchor in St Brides Bay near Milford Haven in Pembrokeshire, Wales.

This image was photographed from Druidston between St Davids and Milford Haven. I was awestruck by the pools of sunlight illuminating vast areas of the seascape. The weather was closing in with a storm brewing, yet splashed across the horizon were these enormous areas of apparent warmth.
